I have worked with Lelani Longa Kinsey for years in my capacity as Lead Physician Chief. I worked with her closely on many occasions coordinating our efforts to manage the workflow and the staff in our office. Leilani was often in the unenviable position of having to both manage the staff while also trying to implement the larger vision of organizational leaders. She managed this with aplomb. Leilani's success in her position stems from her combination of intelligence, management skill, and people skills. While very capable at implementing upper management's wishes, she was also skillful at handling difficult day-to-day issues with staff members in the office while also working with the physicians.
