Founder & CEO
Dr. Leilani L. Kinsey started her healthcare career working for one of the nation’s largest private nonprofit health systems in America. She worked in Hospital Nursing Administration for the first few years learning the ins and outs of Inpatient Medical/Surgical and Oncology Units while working closely with leaders, doctors, and nursing staff. She moved from the Inpatient arena into the Outpatient setting in operations for Specialty Care Clinics in Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Sleep Lab later becoming a Clinic Manager for Cardiology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Fracture Clinic, and Foot Care.
She also held Regional Roles as an Analyst, Project Manager, and Consultant and was the Director of Performance Improvement for the Region. Throughout her nearly 25 year career span she has managed, directed, and led people, projects, processes, and systems in healthcare.
A few highlights of her greatest contributions and achievements are the implementation of an over $1 billion Electronic Medical Record system, the initial build and design of a transformational web-based patient care system used by over 9000 providers for over 10 million members, redesign of healthcare teams for focused patient centered care used in over 700 Medical Offices as well as the project management of an over $300 million multi-year LEED Gold state-of-the-art Medical Center and Medical Office Facility. Her combined experience and education has afforded her a wealth of knowledge in the healthcare industry. Dr. Kinsey holds a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership, A Master Degree in Management, and a Bachelor Degree in Business. This foundation gave her the ability and capability to realize all that she has achieved today. Dr. Kinsey’s resume of accomplishments are just a few insights into who she is but her real super power is her relationships with people and bringing them together. Her natural connection and genuine care for people is what makes her truly unique along with the culmination and combination of her education, experience, and exposure to the world of healthcare and beyond. She is an extraordinarily special person, partner, and professional to work with in collaboration to make your vision a reality.
